ABOUT ME
I started my Music Education degree at James Madison University, dropped out several times and never finished. I got more nerdy about feelings and social justice and wanted to dig in more with people. I got my Bachelor’s of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University.
I’ve trained in Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. I love utilizing techniques from Somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and creative expression. When I am not doing therapy, you will find me making or listening to music, slummin it on the couch and binging television with my doggies, or practicing yoga.
I'd be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, helping you reconnect with your authentic self and create a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and aligned with your values.
